Mel Gibson Accused of Hitting Infant Daughter in New Audio Recording; Grigorieva to Sue?

RadarOnline.com has posted a sixth expletive-filled audio recording of Mel Gibson screaming at ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva that includes Grigorieva accusing the Oscar-winner of hitting their daughter, Lucia, who was born last October.  Grigorieva can be heard on the tape saying, "You hit me and you hit her [Lucia] while she was in my hands!  Mel, you're losing your mind.  You need medication."  After launching several expletives at her, Gibson responded by saying, "I want my child, and no one will believe you."

Police are investigating Gibson on domestic violence charges.  RadarOnline reports the Department of Children and Family Services is also conducting its own investigation.

This new recording features Grigorieva raising her voice, which she didn't do in the previous tapes.  When she told Gibson he's "imbalanced" and needed to be on medication, it only made him angrier and deliver more expletives.  Gibson also launches into a tirade in which he pledges not to give up his home to Grigorieva unless she performs sexual favors for him.  He then says, "You [bleeping] offend my [bleeping] maleness, my masculinity, my being, my soul!"

In related news, RadarOnline.com reports that Grigorieva is planning to sue Gibson for defamation of character and slander over the volatile audio recordings.  She's reportedly concerned that Gibson's comments have damaged her reputation and character, and met with a lawyer on Monday, July 19th.
